WIELKOŚĆ PRODUKCJI	2000 cs

WINIFIKACJA	Hand harvested and vinified in cement vats. Maceration between 15 to 20 days (depending on the vintage) at temperatures between 25 and 30°C. Aged in oak barrels (of which 35% are renewed each year) for 18 months. The wines rest in exquisite 5th Century cellars beneath the winery, in the heart of Saint Emilion.

STYLE	Château Guadet Saint Julien is a very well made wine. Traditionally styled, not over-extracted, it presents an excellent value for Merlot lovers who appreciate the meaty caracteristics of this varietal.

NOTY RYNKOWE	Elie Guadet, native of Saint Emilion, was a lawyer and member of the Parliament for the Gironde during the Revolution. Persecuted, he was hunted down to the very cellars of the family estate and guillotined in 1794. The main street of Saint Emilion bears his name.
